I saw a video where a person doubled up the Ethernet cable from the gateway to the pc and taped both ends to hold them together but leaving the pins exposed. The exposed part surprised me as I though they should be taped too. The cables ran parallel to each other. He said the ones you get at stores just put double cables inside. He showed a speed test before and after and the results were very impressive. Before I go on a fool's errand, is there any truth to this ?
