A user of a Windows 8.1 station operating in a workgroup can choose not to enter a password to wakeup the station, but if the station is operating in a domain its security is enhanced and the user need to enter a password to wakeup the station.
A Group Policy should be able to control wether a password is or is not required to get the station out of sleep but I have not yet discovered how to do it since obvious modifications of the strategy do not produce the required result.
Does anyone know how to do it?

Control of of the unlocking Windows 8.1 network stations

Does anyone knows which parameter in the group policies controls the unlocking of Windows 8.1 workstations without having to enter a domain password every time?
I have Surface stations which I could unlock without problem before putting them in a domain but I cannot control their unlocking anymore regardless of the parameters which I activate in the server group policies.
The only clue provided by Microsoft is that the unlocking parameter is now controled by the administrator, presumably in the server's group policies.

Maybe in Power Settings---

I don't know how or if what you want is possible. But I do know that this could pose a serious security risk. Anyone with physical access to the computer would have the same access to the computer and the domain that the logged in user has. Be very sure that the convenience is worth the risk.

Granted but it all depends on the environment.
If you have several workstations in your office which you are using all the time you may find it convenient not to enter a password all the time which does not mean that you, as an administrator, are willing to let any Workstation in your organization enjoiy the same facility.
