Hi there, I've finally found a larger screen mobile phone for myself... my carrier , shipped it and a cover to me, for it FREE ,
just have to pay for my plan , minutes, and taxes each month.

Samsung Galaxy Note ® 3 (AT&T), Black | Samsung Mobile

now I have to learn how to use it, I think I'm going to love it, with the talk to speech especially,
larger screen, larger keyboard, etc.

You're right Chuck.

But it seems that some users, with more posts and reputation (pretty high values), can use animated gif format as sig picture. That was a while ago but it should still apply.

That would make sense. I hardly ever use this forum.

CHUCK that's part of your personal settings.. you can either allow animation or NOT ...it's up to you..
