I just completed reinstalling Win 8.1. Everything is up and running but I have encountered a problem.
Typically when IE is open there is the option of creating a new tab. Up until now, whenever I created a new tab; IE would open with my selected website which is: www.msn.com. However, even though I have gone into:
tools: internet options settings: and entered that same link (www.msn.com), each new tab opens with a "bing" search window and blank http field. The only thing I see is a list of my previously visited sites.
I don't recall having the same problem previously and I'm at a loss as to why it's happening now.
Any help in resolving this will be very much appreciated.
