Crashes/Computer turns off. BSOD's are old. No new BOSD's.

Good afternoon. I have been having crashes on my computer for about one month.

I ran a memtest, and found a bad memory stick, and have since replaced with new sticks that test good.

The only thing that I see a pattern with is I'll crash when I have a web browser up. Either playing a game or not, usually a web browser is up in the background/foreground.

The crashes have not been creating a memory dump. I confirm every time that the computer crashes and shuts down, that the computer is set to perform a small memory dump (256kb), and that it is also set to not restart, to show a BSOD error if possible.

The computer did have a mild overclock, and since having crashes, I have reverted back to default settings. The cpu is no longer overclocked.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Update your logitech drivers.

The rules of this forum state clear to have a genuine activation, since there are reasonable doubts to believe that you have a nongenuine activitation, you need to install a clean copy of Windows and activate it genuine in order to receive support.
A clean install is necessary to remove the modifications installed by cracks/bypasses.

Thank you for your response.

The logitech program for the mouse I had a while ago was given to a friend and I uninstalled the program. I'm unsure on how to remove/update the logitech drivers.

My mistake on the genuine copy of windows. My buddy helped me with the computer, and I'll talk to him today to find out about receiving a clean copy of windows.

Thank you again for your time.
