Computer won't stay asleep...again.

Hi there,

I made a post about this issue a few weeks ago. I tried everything suggested there and the thread died so here I am again with more info.

Long story short - my was waking every 15 minutes on the dot. Event log said it was because the Ethernet connection was lost. The only think I could do to fix this was to unplug the Ethernet cord. Now it is waking about every 10 minutes, even if I unplug the Ethernet cord. I don't really want to shut down my computer 15 times a day as I come and go quite frequently, so ALL help is greatly appreciated.

Are there any programs you can download that force your computer to sleep, or does anyone else have another idea?

I checked it out, but it looks really complicated. Any idea what settings I would be looking for?
