Computer shutting off when trying to wake from sleep

And I just did a search of the driver through windows search and its apparently still there even though I uninstalled it. Is it safe to just delete it from the C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder its located in or is there another way of removing it?

As I said in my previous post, you can remove it if you have uninstalled the program

So I deleted everything scpvbus.sys related, but the problem still persists. I cannot put the computer to sleep without it crashing.

Assuming the crash is every time page fault in non page area, the usual causes are

• Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM),
• Faulty system service,
• Antivirus,
• Device driver,
• NTFS corruption,
• BIOS

You don't have a 3rd party AV and sfc should have solved the problem with WD if WD was involved.
Please check your manufacturer for BIOS and driver updates.

Please run driver verifier again, sometimes driver verifier needs to be enabled multiple times to find every driver.

Like I don't know what the crash is. It doesn't say anything. No BSOD. Just shuts off then tries to restart but can't. I'll redo the driver verifier again later to see if there's any other drivers messing stuff up.

It indeed is an improvement, but lets hope there comes a crash that has the cause.

24 hours in and no crash yet. Sadly.

Well it seems like nothing has changed since the beginning. Still crashes on sleep. Oh well. Everything else still runs well, no problem playing games at ultra. I'll update here if I ever find a solution. But for now, still unsolved.

Please note the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values from the BIOS and post it.

Either those values are not in my bios or I managed to skip over them somehow.

I forgot you have a laptop, the reason why you can't find those values.

Please make sure your battery is seated properly, if necessary reseat it.

I took it out and put it back in, nothing changed.

You are still getting an error message when waking up?

I've never gotten a BSOD. No error message. The computer literally just turns off, and tries to restart. It fails to turn back on. I can take a video of the process if you would like.

You did have a BSOD as you describe in the OP
The error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA is a BSOD and you say you've read some dump files which are only created when you had a BSOD.

Ohhh no. In the OP I was wrong as I read some old dump files. Sorry. Those dump files were old. No dump files are created when this crashes. No BSOD.
