MY MISTAKE. It's the 667MHz. settings you need to use. Not the 800MHz. ones. Use 9.0 - 9 -9 -24 - 34

In my experience, issues like the one you are experiencing are usually RAM or PSU-related. Intermittent issues are the hardest to resolve...
