Com Services Error After New Windows 8.1 Installation

After I built my computer and installed Windows 8.1, the following error message keeps on flashing on the screen.

"There are still active COM objects in this application. Oneor more clients may have references to these objects so manually closing thisapplication may cause those client application(s) to fail.
Are you sure you want to close this application?"


Any ideas as to what can be done??

I would suggest that you Re-Create your Windows 8.1 Setup Media and run through Setup again.. Media link in sig below
