choppy streaming video on NBC Sports

Watching live soccer on NBC Sports, video is extremely choppy. Audio OK. Same results with Chrome, Firefox or IE. Watch ESPN live sports, no problem. Any ideas? BTW, NBC sports video works just fine on el-cheapo android tablet.

Check to see if your drivers are current

Open Device Manager - Windows Help

Or just use the search feature in Win 8 and type device manager. If no yellow indicators drivers are current. You may also go to the manufacturer's website and check for the latest drivers to download.
