Changing default lock screen on Windows 8.1

Sorry I can't seem to find that thread with all the tips and tricks.... hmmm might be confused with another forum.

Default lock screen = the 1st screen you see after powering on your PC AND before logging in.

Anyway, watch this YouTube vid and all is good... worked for me. BTW, I'm using a tablet, ASUS T100.
