I found the main problem and I it's that I can't format my primary partition to ntfs and I get an error in cmd that says the parameter is invalid

you got to have a label

I put a label but I still get the error parameter is incorrect. There is something wrong with that specific partition because when I made the system partition and I formatted it everything went fine

The 'windows 8.1 Create Media Tool' gives you two options.. (link in sig below)

Create USB media - you just insert a USB stick and let the tool finish - then boot your pc using setup USB

Create ISO media - right click ISO, burn to DVD - then boot your pc using setup DVD
