Do you have UEFI BIOS? If yes, you can tell Windows 8 to boot into it from the Recovery option in PC Settings.

Going to let someone else try, I think maybe the language thing is getting in the way.

Try "dirty shutdow", hold power until laptop turns off. Then try getting into BIOS on startup.

From your video I never saw you press any keys. Hold down the shift key and tell windows to shut down. After it has shut completely down do the following:

1. Press the power button and as soon as you press the power button start tapping on the F1 key to enter BIOS.

You do not have to wait for a screen to tell you to press a key. Just do it.

If F1 doesn't work you could try the other common keys such as F2, DEL, ESC, F10 or ESC....

When I want to enter the BIOS, I press & hold the Delete key as soon as a black screen appears.

The same with F-12 to get the boot manager.{Press & hold}

To enter the BIOS you press the key before that screen comes up. Once you get to that point its to late, your already past the POST and into Windows. You want to (repeatedly) press the BIOS access key immediately after pressing the power button. BIOS access happens before the OS is loaded/started. If you watch the POST you may see a message that tells you what key to press. By the time you read it though it will be too late to press it. You'll have to reboot and try it again, only this time you'll know what the key to press is. Not all PC's will display this message so don't panic if you don't see it. That just means you have to read the manual or take a guess. It's usually Del, F1, F2 or Esc. If you hold a key down until you hear a long series of beeps that will generate a keyboard error that can get you in. Works almost every time on older PC's but doesn't always work on newer ones, in my experience anyway.

That is not easy to do on a laptop if you can't access the BIOS setup menu. If there is a jumper it could be really hard to find. You'll likely need a service manual to find it. Removing the CMOS battery may work, if you can get access to it.

One thing you could try is to temporarily remove the hard drive. No OS will be loaded and no bootable device will be found and you may get an option to enter the BIOS. Then set your boot order to what ever your going to install 7 from. Save settings and reboot. Then power down, remove the battery and unplug the power pack, and put the hard drive back in. Now power back up with your install media in place and see what happens.
