Cannot use shortcut key in Word under Windows 8.1

Hi everyone,

After I updated Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, I could not use Shortcut key in Ms. Word such as Ctrl+A, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+X and Ctrl+C but it is work with Excel. Could you tell how to fix this problem?

This may help to restore all keyboard shortcuts to English default depending on the version of Word you are using.

Open Word
Click File then Options
Click on Language on the left menuUnder the section titled Choose Display and Help Languages, Probably the default is Match Microsoft Windows
Select English in each box, and click Set as Default
Click on OK and restart Word
