Hi friends,

I just got a new SDD, OEM win 8 64bit and decided to clean install win8 on the SSD.
I have a 1TB WD, a 1.5TB seagate (that I have preview version of win 8 on it) and the new SSD.
I backed up everything from the 1.5Tb drive to the 1TB drive.
Reboot, boot in CD, choose to delete the 1.5Tb drive partition. There is a 350Mb system reserve on the 1TB drive, I deleted that too. Then I created a partition for 1.5TB, then choose to install win 8 on the SSD drive. When I clicked next (or something like that) I got the BSOD. I've tried to unplug the SDD, and 1TB drives boot and tried to install with the 1.5 TB, same BSOD. I have also tried to unplug the 1TB and 1.5Tb drive and boot the computer with the SSD alone, same BSOD. I can't think of any solution for it.:(

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys.

1. Clear your computers CMOS, it might be still looking for the old OS
2. Set bios to boot from cd/dvd first
3. take out two normal drives, go with ssd initinally
4. make sure that the graphics card & other devices havent been bumped out of their slots
5. properly partition and format ssd
6. install windows 8 from cd/dvd
