BSOD when using webcam, seems not to happen otherwise

So it looks like I only get a blue screen when I am using my webcam in Skype, and it will happen between 30 minutes - 4 hours into a call. I'm using a Logitech 310 webcam and I DID install the drivers, still getting BSOD.

Mother Board: Gigabyte z97 Gaming G5

CPU: I5 4690k

Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 970

If you need any more information, please let me know... Really new to fixing BSOD and I am worried this could become a bigger issue... Although I may be wrong.

OK, that driver doesn't seem to be for Windows 8.1, and it's unlikely there is somebody who developed one for 8.1
You can either wait until there is one for Windows 8.1 or try older drivers from that site.

Additionally you can also update your PC from This site, although that should make little difference, but one worth noting is BIOS update. however make sure you understand steps and risk involved for BIOS update.
