Bsod when full scanning on windows deffender 0x00000124

I get bsod randomly but everytime i run windows deffender on full scan i get bsod for sure. If i run quick scan everything runs smoothly.Everything in my computer is updated (drivers,bios etc)...CPU burner passes the test as well as the graphics card burner..... I cant upload the .dmp file it says its invalid therefore i ll show you via pictures...
