It surely seems unlikely to be a hardware issue if the issue only started after installing Windows 8.1?

Your drivers seem fine. Even DV didn't crash, so I have to suspect HW. Test your GPU with Furmark and follow the steps to the letter, monitor the test closely and report back.

Okay I ran furmark for a while and the temperature levelled out at 68°C.

No issues, ran fine. The GPU is only a month old and hasnt caused any other issues so far?

Does the issue occur during clean boot?

The issue only occurs during cold boot. It only happens when my computer has been turned off for a long period of time like after I've been sleeping or when I get home from work. It only happens when the computer has been left of for 4-8 hours. I have no other issues, only this BSOD at boot.

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Complete memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:
C:/Windows/memory.dmp
Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

Thank you for your help softwarmaniac. The issue has now been solved.

After turning off windows 8.1 Fast Startup my BSOD's have disappeared and I have not had one in 5 days.
