uninstall intel wireless driver in "programs" in control panel
try the in box driver if it exists

I mean the in box driver. The default driver included with windows.

The driver you use seems faulty. Do not install drivers from the manufacturers web page, as they are likely out of date.

You can also try to use the latest drivers from
http://www.station-drivers.com/page/intel lan-wan.htm

Please specify which ones you downloaded.

Are you able to look at the .inf file of the new drivers?
For your device, what is the latest driver version in the inf file?
