BSOD Kernel_Security_Failure, usually after opening Corel

I tried to open Corel VideoStudio Pro X7, but everytime it finishes loading the opening screen the BSOD appears with Kernel_Security_Failure.
Recently, I turned off the Windows Firewall and all the antivirus to install some game. After that the BSOD happened everytime I open Corel VideoStudio Pro X7.
The Windows Defender also turned off and I don't know how to switch it on. Help please.
