i still think its something related to my sound cuz my sound is so choppy/noisy sometimes its hard to explaind exactly how it is.
edit: now its actually worse its like this small constant choppyness all the time

they are both enabled and i still get hte same issues, its like the pc is restarting without getting turned of and on in the timespan of 10 seconds

speccy screen? and how do i check with psu i have, i can do it by checking my order on this pc but it was my dad that ordered it so i cant give u info on it til tmrow, but is there any other way of checking without opening the pc?
