Kindly follow the below steps -
  1. Please remove McAfee till the time we are troubleshooting using this **TOOL**.
  2. Kindly start with the hardware diagnostics and provide the results (Thanks usasma!) - http://carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Start with the Memory Diagnostics first and let me know the results.

EDIT :- I just checked the Event Log and it seems that there are loads of Kernel 41 errors. Kindly monitor the system temperatures using CoreTemp while the system is idle and while the system is under load.

This is the temps i get when i first boot up the pc is the apu the problem? i uninstalled mcafee and am working on the mem diag core temp is seen as a virus by chrome so i used cpuid's hardware monitor
Additional info: I'm using a old hard drive from my main pc whenever i try to clean install it takes me to factory settings should i try doing a full dban and reinstall using a burned cd for windows. Here is my pc setup http://i.imgur.com/Ci56esb.jpg
Edit: I got new ram i dont think its the problem i got a 8gb pack from kingston hyperx
15 mins of pc use = HWMonitor2

Let me know how the Memtest goes ^_^

If the new RAM is stable and you do not see any problems, then most likely, the older RAM was causing the trouble.
