Hi,
I just created a BSOD thread located at:

I used the application that was provided in the instructions,but I encountered the following problems:
1) The zip folder that was created contained nothing.
2) The application deleted all my System Restore points, so I had to create one.
I would like this issues to be fixed soon, so that other users, including me, can use it to find solutions to problems related to BSODs and debugging.
