While I was playing borderlands it my pc stopped responding and after a restarting my pc I got the bsod with VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (nvlddmkm.sys) error. The pc kept restarting with the same error (It got stuck in loop). I used safe mode to remove the drivers but whenever I installed any nvidia drivers it gives the same error and gets stuck in the loop again.
I also did a clean installation of windows but still the same problem. While system is booting 660 gtx appears at the very start but after booting in safemode the card appears as microsoft basic display adapter. The driver setup detects the card installs the driver but after restart the same bsod error but in safemode it appears as 660 gtx while drivers are installed otherwise it appears as microsoft basic display adaptor if drivers are not installed.
The card is new I purchased it a month ago and is still in warranty.
Specs:
Intel Core i7 2600
4 GB Ram
inno3d 660 gtx
600W PSU
Intel dh67cl motherboard
