bsod dpc watchdog violation on new windows

Hey guys i just clean installd windows 8.1 64 bit and since then there is alot of problams like freezing amd display driver stopped responding and bsod dpc_watchdog_violation. the problems happening very randomly but especially when connecting to my wifi and on startups. i had this problem when i used windows 8.1 before and now it's hapening again.
I installd all windows updates and i hope u guys can help me thanks!

Hey guys the zip file i pasted earlier was wrong.
now i fixed it and pasted the right file.
please help me this bsod is killing me!

Please make sure that your system is correctly configured: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD - Windows 7 Help Forums If you are using CCleaner, stop as it deletes dump files. Check your windows folder for memory.dmp.

should I add the dump files to the attached files manualy or the dm log tool does that for me?

thanks! however I still have a problem. today my pc got bsod watchdog violation on startup twice and the bsod just stuck on 0% and wont restart and after couple of minutes I just have to turn the pc off by myself (even whwn I press the restart button it's just turn my pc off) and after I turned my pc on I used the dm log collector and he cant find dump files. I think it's because the bsod stuck and wont restart. what can I do? please help. thanks!
