BSOD-coming out of sleep/during video/other random times

Hello,

I have a 3 month old Asus ROG G771 JM that began giving me increasingly frequent BSOD's (mostly DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE but a few with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR as well).

I use nVidia Inspector and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to boost performance but only when gaming and doing some GIS stuff. Otherwise I return to stock values. I have stress tested my settings using 3DMark and RealBench to ensure stability and it was fine for some time. I noticed BSODs with and without the OC'd settings leaving me to believe this may not be the culprit.

Any help would be appreciated as the BSODs seem to be happening more often.

Thanks in advance.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer ASUS. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Please check your manufacturer ASUS for driver updates for your Mediatek network driver.

No BSODS after fresh install of ASUS specific nVidia drivers. I assume I should stick with this driver version and not update.

Unfortunately the Mediatek network driver is a big issue with ASUS ROG laptops that ASUS hasn't fixed. No updates or fixes that I can find. Apparently it is to the point where some have installed a new network card with varying success.

Thanks for the help.

BSOD Driver Power State Failure is back and more frequent

Can't seem to get rid of it, happens almost daily. Driver Power State Failure happens at seemingly random times.
Thanks in advance for any help/insight.
