Solved BSOD after wakeup from sleep

Hi Freud ^_^,

Hehe, yes the report is for your case only. I cross-checked it once again to be sure :) . Kindly perform a manual system wide search for the driver and see if you are able to find it or not. Also, if you find it then report back the path of the driver as well. In case there is a change, I will suggest the edit in the DRT. Search your Registry as well in case you are not able to find it on the system search.

85 Degrees is hot for a CPU. See if you are able to improve the cooling. The RAM appears bad. but, before you RMA it, I would suggest you to reset the BIOS Settings to Default and see if you are able to under clock the system slightly.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Ok. I will do that in next week.
Stress for CPU i very rarely. It's not occurs in real life at all so it's not the problem.

About RAM: maybe I should replace it first before any other checking?
RAM are new. Have two months maybe.

Thanks!

You never know about the Hardware as to when it will become damaged :p

Did you try resetting the BIOS Settings? What was the result?

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Instead of reseting BIOS settings I changed dram voltage by 0.2V up.
I've red that sometimes BIOS gives wrong voltages (not precisely voltages).
I've also changed timings from auto to manual.
I saw in the BIOS that dram frequency was 1867 - not 1866. I've changed it also (manually).

Today I will do some memtests and I'll let You know.

If memtests will show any error I will reset BIOS and run it again as you said.

Thanks.

Last night I was testing 2 of 4 blocks and memtest goes OK.
Today I will test next 2 blocks.

After that (third night) i will tests 4 blocks but with different slots of the MB.

Last night I was testing 3 and 4 of 4 blocks and memtest goes also OK.

So....

Today night I will change memory slots on MB and run test together.

One question: how long every test should run?
Last time every tests was running about 6-7 hours (3-4 passes for 16GB).
As I see before fail every test failed in first pass.

The tests should be run for atleast 8 passes. But, if you get an error before that, you can skip checking the RAM till 8 passes.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Same errors with all ram modules.
Exact same.

I will send them to RMA.

BIOS setting was restored from defaults.

Sure thing. Let me know how it goes ^_^.

It is strange that all RAM is giving the exact same errors. Are you testing each RAM on a single slot? Make sure that you test the RAM on good slots as well. Have you tried underclocking the RAM by say 50MHz?

Just make sure that the Motherboard slots are not bad because if they are, then new RAM would also cause BSODs.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

How to check if mobo slots are ok?
I think I will change RAM by RMA and then see if error occurs.

I can also borrow some RAM from my firend and run memtest - will see if any errors occurs.
I can test my RAM in my friend mobo.
I will be informing.

Last time (fourth time) I was testing all ram (4 modules in 4 slots).
Second time I was testing 2 modules in 2 black slots (pair slots).
Third time I was testing 2 modules in 2 grey slots (pair slots).

Mobo is also new.

Thank you!

You can do either one to be sure. You can either test your RAM in your friend's mobo or the vice versa.

This night I was testing my friend RAM. 2 slots - 2 sticks. 8GB.
No errors after 12 hours.

My dimms I've sent to RMA.
Waiting for response (changing for new).

It means that the slots are good and only the DIMMs are bad. Let me know how it goes ^_^

Yes - this two slots.
Second two slots (3 and 4) was not tested.

DIMMs from my friend are too high to put them into second two slots, because cpu cooler is big.
My dims was smaller.

I will let you know and thank you very much for your help!

Still no problems with borrowed dimms.
I'm waiting for return shipment with replaced RMA dimms.
