Broken screen, can't see desktop icons

When I am in desktop mode, which is what I prefer to use, I can not see my icons because the left side of my screen is messed up from dropping my laptop.
Is there a way I can move my icons to the right side of my screen?

Welcome to the forum. You can move icons anywhere you want as you can with taskbar. The cheap fix for a broken screen is to use a monitor often second hand very cheap a lot cheaper than getting new screen
