Solved Both local and live (microsoft) accounts?

(win8.1) - is it possible to create and use both local and live (microsoft) accounts and alternate log into one or the other?

I already have both a live account and an Administrator account.

yes, the problem is the PC log's in under the last user..

That seems tollerable for occasional use.

I am assuming that I will have same env variables, desktop, and data (but not MS services - mail,...).
