Bluetooth Mouse Stopped working in 8.1?

Hello! I have a Wacom Cintiq Companion that I've been using with the Wacom BT keyboard and a MS Arc Touch Surface edition (BT), for about 6-7 months. I've run into a problem after turning the machine on yesterday where it wouldn't let me connect both of them at the same time; if I connected one, the other would give me an error to connect.

Both still work, though I've now run into a problem where the computer refuses to even see the mouse when I'm trying to pair it; I'm worried that it's still in the system somewhere and it's making it bug out. (Even though it's not listed in the Device Manager!) The last time I had a problem like this with the tablet I ended up having to reinstall windows 8, which I'm not looking forward to doing again Any ideas?

Have you tried installing or re-installing the latest drivers? Drivers | Wacom

Well, therein lies one of the problems I think, it uses the 'windows generic bluetooth driver', and Wacom doesn't provide one. :\ Everything was working great, but there's some sort of software glitch. I've run sfc /scannow which has fixed things in the past, but it doesn't seem to this time.

It has built in Bluetooth? Something should be showing up in Device Manager. Near the top:

Yeah it does, and that's the thing, everything's installed correctly and all the bluetooth stuff shows up, and the keyboard connects (and the mouse used to), but now it won't even see the mouse in pairing mode, even though I've tested the mouse on other BT devices and it works fine. Something inside Win8 is unhappy

Uninstall everything Bluetooth related in Device Manager, maybe even run CCleaner registry option, then reboot and let it re-install.

Oooo, yeah, forgot about CCleaner! What option would you suggest I choose?

Run the registry cleaning option after uninstalling in Device Manager. Clean registry entries dealing with Bluetooth that pop up in CCleaner. Run it twice, then reboot and see if things pair correctly after Bluetooth re-installs. Keep connection to the internet on also.

Hmm, unfortunately that didn't seem to work. :\ Nothing in CCleaner came up with bluetooth in the name.

Did you go ahead an uninstall in device manager then reboot?

Yes, but as soon as I reboot Windows automatically re-installs the bluetooth stuff too :\

It should re-install. At a loss without knowing exactly what make of Bluetooth chip you have. What make/model of wireless adapter does it have? Many times the Bluetooth is part of the wireless card so same manufacturer.

I'm pretty sure it's an intel chip of some sort as the wireless chipset in general is Intel. I still can't get it to work, ughhh. Why Windows, whyyy? >.<

Go to Device Manager and get the hardware IDs for the wireless and Bluetooth adapters. The top value for each like this:
