best laptop that can run windows 8.1?

Hi there! Long time lurker and first time poster. I currently daily windows 10/debian 12 on my xps 9520 and zbook firefly 14, and while they run fine, I really wanna go back to using Windows 8.1 for browsing and the sort. I currently have an x220i running embedded enterprise, but that Celeron is hanging for its life. I've been scouring on eBay to find the perfect windows 8/8.1 era laptop, and I'm scratching my head thinking which one would be perfect. mainly looking for a thin and light, something I could bring along with my xps.
