Backup DVDs still not delivered?

I FINALLY received my backup DVDs. Got a tiny package (more of an envelope, really) and genuinely thought; "What the hell could this be?" And sure enough, they're here, nineteen days after I asked them to reship it and forty four days after I had made my original order.

I'm disappointed, they didn't compensate me by delivering it on a silver platter.

Thank god, 64 bit here I come.
