i can't find ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 drive for my laptop DV5 ..... can any one gave it to me please ... i am search a lot of site and i can't find any think

Recommend 32 bit Windows so you can easily edit the .inf of the latest desktop driver for the 3650, which is 12.6, so it can work for your hardware id.

AMD Catalyst

64 bit can be done, but then you'd have to sign the driver after or disable driver enforcement.
