Obviously you aren't able to connect to the internet. But I have one question: How did you post this?
And anyways, there is a possibility that you have a virus causing this. It could be a virus that disrupts internet connection which doesn't allow the user to download a safety scanner like the one below:

Use these links if possible.
If you are able to, go to your router and do the following:
1. Look for the cable that powers the router.
2. Unplug it and the routers lights should go off.
3. If there is a refresh button, press and hold for 5 seconds. This may drain excess energy.
4. Wait 1-3 minutes before plugging the cable back in. Wait for all the lights to come back on.
If the above fails, try a drive error scan
