Hi.
After update to win8.1 all of my apps (incl. Explorer) on start-screen opens in a total black screen without options, and the app goes into freeze. This is only one of several problems: I can´t open the control panel either, and when I try to see my Pictures a dialog states: "The remote procedure calls failed"
My desktop is okay, but Explorer is missing.
I have read about several severe problem with 8.1 update, but none seem to have my problem.
What to do? Any suggestions ...
