Activate "Assigned Access" on Windows 8.1 with Bing

Hi,

I bought a Windows 8.1 with Bing tablet (Trekstor Wintron 10.1) to use it in kiosk mode (run just one app for a specific demo use).

The problem is that the Windows 8.1 with Bing Version does not have this feature.

On Windows 8.1 RT and Pro, etc. it is easy to configure the feature.

But under Windows 8.1 with Bing the "Set up an account for assigned access" button is not visible

Is there someone who knows a way how to convert the "Windows 8.1 with Bing" version to a regular "Windows 8.1 RT" Version? Maybe by changing some registry keys or whatever.
Or how to activate this "Assigned Access" feature without using the GUI?
Already tried to do it with the PowerShell but it seems that the "Set-AssignedAccess" function is not available..

I don't know about using assigned access and using kiosk mode in practice(only what I've read) but if you cannot get it working does Windows 8.1 with Bing have Family Safety? With that you can restrict what programs are used and websites visited. This tutorial from Brink: "To Manage Family Safety App Restrictions Locally in Windows 8" should help you.

The "Family Safety" feature is also available on "Windows 8.1 with Bing".
But it is not really the nicest solution...

Maybe simplest solution might be to sell this tablet an buy a new one with Windows 8.1 RT or Windows 8.1
