Nice thing about all this is you can be on the internet, be in a recovery enviroment, and work on your sytem HDD all at the same time..
I am going to reboot into my normal OS and check right back in with you.. If all goes will and everything completes without error, you should have a boot UEFI System HDD..

Ok so for this

c:\windows\system32\bcdboot C:\windows /s S: /f UEFI
i got this
x:\windows\system32>c:\windows\system32\bcdboot C:\windows /s S: /f UEFI
The system cannot find the path specified.

So instead I tried using this as I think I should
D:\windows\system32\bcdboot D:\windows /s S: /f UEFI

And this is what I got
I can feel it.png

C:\Windows\System32\bcdboot C:\Windows

diskpart
list disk
select disk # Note: Select the disk where you deleted the EFI System partition.
list partition
create partition efi size=260
format quick fs=fat32
list partition
list volume Note: Note the volume letter where the Windows OS is installed.
exit

bcdboot X:\windows Note: Replace "X" with the volume letter of the Windows OS partition.

BCDBoot copies the boot files from the Windows partition to the EFI System partition and creates the BCD store in the same partition.
