@David Whatever the .bat file did, it worked partially. I managed to get the downed programs working again but the internet connection is still infuriatingly unstable. If it means anything, the first verification picked up corrupt files which it cannot repair, and the RestoreHealth part failed...

Like i said though, whatever is causing my internet to screw up is causing me to not be able to access Google Chrome. @Willian Doesn't refreshing remove all the apps? I don't have everything to reinstall all the apps, so i didn't try it. @David Think you can write down the .bat on a post...
