Yes for both:

I tried the folder thing it did not work. I tried refresh but still did not work.

Hi, I was getting Error 0x80073cf9 while downloading apps form windows 8 store. So first I did a refresh and now it is still not working any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I solved it! What i did is go to start and type slui 3 When i opened that it allowed me to enter a product key. Thanks Noel you were a great help in this
