    Thanks Popeye. I uninstalled Rapid Start, since there was no Rapid Storage. Didn't help. However, the crashes are pointing to microsoft kernels, and the one time I managed to refresh the system made no difference, so I'm guessing it's Microsoft drivers, but don't know which ones!
