    Thank you for the analysis and recommendations. I went ahead and removed the Citrix driver (dnelwf64.sys), the Avast driver (aswSnx.sys) and the PC Doctor Driver (pcdsrvc_x64.pkms). I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Sonicwall IPsec driver because I need it to access a VPN for work...
