Think I may have just tracked it back to Classic Shell. I shut down Classic Shell, and everything was working fine. The version was 4.0.5, I updated to 4.1 and so far no problems.

I just stopped switching from dual to single, but I was using the window + p route. And the same monitor is always the main screen.

Running all updated drivers, and it only moves my icons if i switch it back to pc screen only.
