So, I go to uninstall the Logitech Setpoint driver, as suggested by Topgundcp. Here's what I see when I click the program in the Programs Control Panel console.
Not exactly a confidence builder... Clicking on OK does nothing and SetPoint remains in the list of installed programs. Can't really blame this on Microsoft, but the bottom line is that it's another broken thing on top of the broken thing...
