Hello,
My Windows 8 pro x64 is installed yesterday, behaves exactly like the old one from one week ago, exactly like the previous installation. If I run "sfc /scannow" my CBS.log is around 90-100 MB in size, it was 160 MB at some point. I am booting from a 60GB SSD if it matters. The system runs fine, I have no errors so the amount of errors reported by sfc is just... weird.
Dism reports every time that everything is OK, no errors found. Chkdsk also says nothing is wrong.
I did everything that was written in the sfc tutorials from within Windows, I ran sfc several times, I exported the log to sfcdetails.log and it has over 60 MB...
I looked into the file and all reported errors are the same type, like the one below with "file is missing" :
Now it's impossible to have the amount of errors reported, something else must be happening here.
Any ideas ?
Thanks.
