    Got it. Thanks.

    so I tried:
    1. to delete msr partition.
    2. run ""create partition msr".
unallocated 128mb space is visible in disk management. new partition is created in 7gb area.

    so I rolled it back.

finally this is what I did (as per our discussion):
    1. deleted msr partition in diskpart
    2. in disk manager created and formated volume for 128mb unallocaed space
    3. run "create partition msr" in diskpart.

    Disk Part:
    DISKPART> list partition

    Partition ### Type Size Offset
    ------------- ---------------- ------- -------
    Partition 1 Primary 1000 MB 1024 KB
    Partition 2 System 260 MB 1001 MB
    Partition 6 Primary 127 MB 1261 MB
    Partition 3 Primary 217 GB 1389 MB
    Partition 4 Primary 350 MB 218 GB
    Partition 5 Primary 12 GB 218 GB
    * Partition 7 Reserved 7168 MB 231 GB

Disk Managment screen shot is attached.

    Virtual Disk Service error:
There is not enough usable space for this operation.

Seems like I dont know how to create msr partition on the third 128mb unallocated area.

    Screenshots in post 28.

    NO only 3.

1 is part of the last partiition.

yes, I removed old msr (on 7GB area), removed 128mb volume I created before to start from the initial config .

before operation I have 128mb unallocaed area next to EFI partition.
    I run disk part
    1. select disk 0
    2. create partition msr size = 128
    result:
    DISKPART> list partition

    Partition ### Type Size Offset
    ------------- ---------------- ------- -------
    Partition 1 Primary 1000 MB 1024 KB
    Partition 2 System 260 MB 1001 MB
    Partition 3 Primary 217 GB 1389 MB
    Partition 4 Primary 350 MB 218 GB
    Partition 5 Primary 12 GB 218 GB
    * Partition 6 Reserved 128 MB 231 GB
    Screenshot is attached.

    Reword.

    1) Delete new MSR, which will be added to last partition 6.88gb, making the partitin 7,00gb.

    2)Make partiton & format.(the 700gb) (the last partition)

    Than
3)Make NEW MSR, (do not format the 128mb unallocaed) (partition 3)

Format the 7 GB partition so it is no longer unallocated, then run the create partition MSR command, no size or offset additions should be needed. If you do not wish to format the 7 GB unallocated space, use the correct offset and no size info will be needed, it will fill that space with the partition. Almost as suggested create partition MSR offset=1261

We need to get this simple fix done so we can move on.

It is strange to see a GUID number in the Recovery Partition in the OS partition, but perhaps this was part of the Lenovo configuration.
