    I found this for a friend on Friday in his price range. Notice the Core 2 Duo E7400,
    DELL OptiPlex 760 Desktop PC Core 2 Duo E7400 (2.80GHz) 2GB 80GB HDD Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

    I'll get it on Thursday to install FREE & SAFE programs and remove trialware like McAfee Antivirus 90 day trial, Norton etc.
