Solved Driver power state failure BSOD
Hello,
I have been getting a Driver power state failure bsod for about a week now. Some days it doesn't seem to occur that much while other its several times an hour. From googling it seems like the issue is either an out of date driver or my ram. I"ve run "whocrashed" and "bluescreenview" which point to
This was probably caused by the following module:
ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14F9A0)
Bugcheck code: 0x9F (0x3, 0xFFFFE00101519060, 0xFFFFD0018AB69960, 0xFFFFE00106234C10)
but I guess this isn't the actual driver (or ram) causing the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi jag213,
Welcome to the 8forums.
Please do the following:
Open an admin command prompt
Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
When it finished reboot your system
Open again an admin command prompt
Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow doesn't say "
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation ", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Please try sfc, reboot, sfc a few times.
It takes usually 4-5 times for sfc to solve it.
