    That is a Micro version of your motherboard. Im not sure about the compatibility but its smaller and has less PCI slots. I would look for your exact model. Im leaving to pick up a computer but when I get back I'll try to find one online for you.

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
    This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
    the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
    as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
    coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
    /NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
    hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
    If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
    system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
    Arg2: fffff801bdb96e6a, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: ffffd0006be4f468, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: ffffd0006be4ec70, Context Record Address
    Another reference to memory.

    Can you run Driver Verifier and use your PC as normal. Run this for 24 hours or until you encounter a BSOD.

    As for the motherboard question, I'm one to go with the exact motherboard unless its absolutely necessary due to not being able to find the same motherboard. Also, depending on whether or not you have OEM or retail key, you may need to buy a new one if you change motherboards. IF you do choose to get a new motherboard, I would reinstall but sometimes this isn't necessary.

    What's the difference between Windows 7 retail and OEM? - Microsoft Community

    If you want that motherboard linked:
    Your CPU is supported
    CPU-Upgrade: ASUS A88XM-E processor support

    Yes the Ram is also compatible.

    Your Graphics is integrated and on the new motherboard, it also has integrated graphics so that will remain unchanged.

    This BSOD wasn't particularly helpful and it didn't fault on any specific driver.

    I still think there is simply something wrong with the motherboard itself.
