No. The reason to make it 9-9-9-24 is so you can keep command rate at 1.

If you want to use 7-7-7-24 instead, then change command rate to 2.

I dunno about keyboard. Maybe bad button or something. Try in another computer to see if same reaction.

Ok I've changed the BIOS settings back to auto for the ram it now shows as 9/9/9/24 CR1

Regarding the keyboard its the same in another system but only happens under windows 8 so I assume it must be a driver issue? Aside from the Logitech drivers are all system drivers up to date as far as you can tell?

Yes, all good. That's how I automatically knew you had a RAM problem.

You could uninstall all Logitech software, reboot then install the download from their site. Maybe it will do something good.

If it's plugged into USB 3.0 port or using a hub, connect straight to 2.0 port and try.

Etron USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0100 (Microsoft) PCI\VEN_1B6F&DEV_7023&SUBSYS_50071458&REV_01\4&186C6B44&0&00A9

Etron USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0100 (Microsoft) PCI\VEN_1B6F&DEV_7023&SUBSYS_50071458&REV_01\4&6F5B703&0&0048

VIA USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0100 (Microsoft) PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3483&SUBSYS_34831106&REV_01\4&693E52D&0&00AB

If that was my machine, I would most definitely try out the USB 3.0 drivers from the manufacturers, even if latest is Windows 7 drivers and have to use Device Manager .inf install method.

    Hi,

Unfortunately the system is still crashing although I've not received anymore BSOD at the moment but each time it crashes the hard drive light on the case is always solid blue. I've attached a new set of logs, to see if anything is now showing up?

Regarding the USB 3 drivers, I did indeed download the drivers from the Etron website but these offered poor performance speeds and the windows drivers offered better speeds.

    Hi,

Please can you advise if you have anything else that I can try to stop the system from crashing?

Just received pm. The system isn't crashing anymore since there are no more minidumps and no more BSOD.

    Hi,

I've today upgraded to the AMD 8350 CPU and the system is once again crashing, I now have an updated minidump which is attached to this post. Please can you take a look and see what the issue is?

    Many thanks,

    BSOD - bad pool header - TCPIP.SIS. Watchdog-DCP-violation

+ new CPU screenshots to verify you've made changes well.
