I just updated my XBOX dash board and idmediantly noticed that it looks a lot like metro. I instantly knew where it came from. Microsoft is now starting to unify their systems.
Some people may complain that the new dashboard is hard to navigate in, yes, maybe with a controller, but then I thought, how come Windows 8 can't be like that? I mean with a mouse it would be easy to navigate right?
Personally I think that the XBOX dashboard looks pretty slick and professional. The 3D, and shadows really give it a nice effect and still keeps the metro feel
If it looked more like this:
Would you get it? I know I would. So if you think you would or would not get this on first sight, please do tell why you love or hate this idea.
